Transportation Policy
At Nomads, we are committed to providing customers with affordable and reliable transportation options. All of our products are shipped directly from China, and we offer two modes of transportation for you to choose from.

Delivery time:
Our goal is to send all orders within 7-15 working days after receiving your payment. If your order exceeds 100 kilograms, an additional working day will be required. In rare cases, we will promptly notify you of the expected delivery time.
-Standard transportation: Our standard transportation method usually takes 1-2 weeks to deliver. Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your goods on the official website of DHL/UPS.
-Sea freight: If your order exceeds 50 kilograms, you can choose sea freight. The shipping time by sea is approximately 35-50 working days and will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Transportation cost:
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order and your shipping address. You can check the shipping cost of the order at checkout before completing the purchase.

Customs and import fees:
Please note that international orders may require payment of customs and import fees, which is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or predict these costs as they may vary depending on the customs policies of your country. For more information on customs or import fees, please contact your local customs.
